Submit Cleanup Permit or Cleanup Data

The Nova Scotia Adopt-A-Highway Program asks that each group complete and submit the following information to our office after every cleanup.

Reporting cleanup results to the public, Nova Scotia Environment, and Divert NS is a vital part of our program. Please fill out the form below or forward your completed cleanup permit to our office. If you perform cleanups on a regular basis we ask that you kindly forward us the below information twice a year, preferably in the spring and fall.

Every cleanup permit/data that a group submits to our office will also double as an entry into our Data Card Contest with a chance to win one of three great prize packs!
